BACKGROUND
Compuzone Internet Technologies cc, a close corporation active in the internet trading and marketing field and with over 74 websites, is 100% owned by a hearing impaired person.
This websites was created as a non-profit website where jobseekers, personnel agencies and businesses can place their employment requirements for free.
During initial investigation we came across hundreds of websites with a large volume of open vacancies but due to the income factor, very few websites are willing to list or provide contact information about jobseekers.
This lead to a situation where one personnel agency may perhaps have 10 open vacancies without any suitable candidate in his database, while the personnel agency next door have 15 suitable candidates, but without the available vacancies.
With the non-profit www.joblisting.co.za website the goal is to enable any jobseeker, business or personnel agency to search the database for suitable candidates and/or vacancies.
We therefore urged personnel agencies and businesses to place their available jobs on the website and can only hope that enough serious jobseekers will follow suit to make the website a valuable tool for everybody. |
